Recipe For Guinness Foreign Extra Stout Clone

Question:

I just got back from the Carribean, where I was really enjoying some of the export stouts they drink there. Best example is probably Guinness Foreign Extra Stout.

Wondering if anyone had tips on how to clone this style at home? At the moment I’m using canned/dried malt extracts and hops rather than all-grains.

Any idea on what kind of hops/how much malt/do I need a particular yeast to take it up to the 6-8 percent ABV mark?
